ដំណឹងជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិក

PRASAC MFI, Ltd. is a microfinance institution, which is providing sustainable financial services as loan, deposit, and fee base products for 24 provinces and city of Cambodia. PRASAC MFI is currently seeking for the qualified Cambodian candidates to fill the position as below:
POSITION: Performance Appraisals Officer, 01 Position  
REPORT TO: VP and Personnel Manager
JOB LOCATION: Head Office  
DEADLINE: April 1, 2014 at 4:00 PM
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate advice and guidance provided for the preparation of keys performance indicators to ensure that deadlines are correct and definitions are current for all valid KPIs.
• Maintain an up to date schedule of definitions for each KPIs, taking account of the changes to guidance provided by managers.
• Working within each Department to develop a suite of indicators to drive performance.  Maintain and develop the performance management software system to ensure that date held is accurate and all performance indicators are amended as necessary.
• Monitor the receipt of information from each responsible officer against the timetables and progress chase where information is not received on time.
• Review KPIs data received from responsible officers to ensure compliance with guidance and mathematical accuracy.
• Advice responsible officers of any errors or omissions identified and remedial action required.
• Draft reports to each actual performance against target.
• Give administrative support to the Unit to co-ordinate the production and other associated documents.  Ensuring that data included in these documents are rigorously checked for validity and accuracy.
• Any other duties deemed reasonable by the Managers.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification
• Graduated Bachelor degree of Business Administration in HRM/Management or other related fields.
• Minimum two years working experience in performance appraisals for Banks and/or MFIs.
• Good knowledge of numerate, accurate and comfortable when dealing with high volumes of data in both graphical and tabular.
• Good interpersonal, communication, judgement and decision making, complex problem solving, critical thinking skills, and the ability to negotiate at all levels throughout the authority.
• Able to work and have a spiritual of working as a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Competent in the use of Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
• Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
